Easing of Level 3 restrictions

November 1, 2021

This afternoon, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announced that  Level 3 restrictions will ease to step 2 in Waikato from 11:59pm tomorrow, Tuesday 2nd November.

Auckland remains at Alert Level 3 Step 1. If health advice supports it, it is intended that Auckland could move to Step 2 next Tuesday 9th November at 11:59pm. Settings for Auckland will be reviewed by Cabinet on Monday 8th November.
