The contracting company receives an automated email requesting all the information you need, such as proof of insurance, and evidence of good health and safety processes. It’s free and straightforward for your contractors.
If your contractors don’t respond, they will receive email reminders. You will get a notification when the documentation is ready to check and approve.
Once approved, the contracting company receives a pre-site induction link to send to all their workers. Pre-site induction takes just 10 minutes and asks the workers to take photos of their trade qualifications, white cards and vaccine evidence for your records.
If a worker scans onto a site that hasn’t been approved yet, you’ll get a notification. So unless you hear otherwise, you can be sure everyone on-site is good to go.
Check the status of all your contractors at a glance and know all the documents are saved and organised for quick reference. We will even send notifications if the documents are about to expire.
