YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY IF:
1.
You are a current HazardCo Member.
2. You are in the Construction Industry

3. Your wages bill is less than $495,000 per year.
OR
You have less than 10 direct employees.
4. Other relevant ACC requirements.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your application is received after 31st March you will NOT receive any discount on your previous years ACC Work Cover Levy.
